Al Bora served in the Marine Corps Reserves for over 20 years, serving multiple tours overseas supporting both conventional and special operations forces.  Post military service Al worked in various roles in Silicon Valley helping to scale and manage several tech companies and routinely serves as a guest speaker and panelist for innovation, artifical intelligence, and critical infrastructure. 

Arcturus was founded on a simple belief: the hardest decisions are rarely limited by a lack of information.

They are limited by fragmented perspectives, untested assumptions, and the absence of experienced judgment at the moment it matters most.

The work is not simply to understand what is happening. It is to understand what it means, what happens next, and what must be done about it.
